Not everybody is completely persuaded that shifting mental health care online is the way forward. “For me, what works in therapy is when you satisfy someone face-to-face, in the very same space,” says London-based psychotherapist Sandra Tapie. “You learn more about not just what it resembles to talk to the individual, but how it feels to be in a room with them.
